About Us
At In Balance Green Consulting, we offer energy efficiency, green building, and LEED services for commercial, institutional, and residential projects throughout California. We work closely with entire building teams – from architects, engineers, and HERS raters to builders, owners, and developers – to uncover and develop the most effective methods of energy efficiency based on the specific project’s design.

Our Team
We are team-oriented and professional, balancing technical knowledge and experience. We are passionate about sustainable living, and enjoy educating and helping others reap the benefits of sustainability, including financial savings, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

Principals Jennifer Rennick, a Certified Energy Analyst, and Andrea Pease, a LEED Accredited Professional, are both licensed architects, each with over 20 years experience in the building industry. Our team is equally comfortable discussing design and budget as we are discussing technical systems. For LEED projects, our combination of energy analysis and LEED certification services provide our clients with the benefit of optimal LEED certification points and high efficiency systems.
