We are team-oriented and professional, balancing technical knowledge and experience. We are passionate about sustainable living, and enjoy educating and helping others reap the benefits of sustainability, including financial savings, comfort, and overall well being.

Principals Jennifer Rennick, a Certified Energy Analyst, and Andrea Pease, a LEED Accredited Professional, are both licensed architects, each with over 20 years experience in the building industry. Our team is equally comfortable discussing design and budget as we are discussing technical systems. For LEED projects, our combination of energy analysis and LEED certification services provide our clients with the benefit of optimal LEED certification points and high efficiency systems.

Andrea (Andy) R. Pease, AIA, LEED AP

Andy, both an Architect and LEED Accredited Professional, is skilled and experienced in a wide range of green building practices.

Her current focus lies in optimizing green building strategies, including LEED administration and certification services. Bringing together integrated design, daylight and water use analysis, low impact development, energy efficiency, materials selections and other strategies, she has helped dozens of clients through a green building process, whether their goal was to achieve LEED Certification or maximize on their building's efficiencies.

Andy is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), is an active leader in SLO Green Build, and is one of the founders of the LEED Resource Group within the US Green Building Council's Central Coast California Chapter (USGBC-C4).

Jennifer Rennick, Architect, CEA

Jennifer, both an Architect and a Certified Energy Analyst, specializes in energy use optimization, including passive solar design, whole building energy use, and energy modeling and analysis.

Through her careful analysis of all building components (including lighting and mechanical systems, daylighting, glass and window options, insulation and thermal mass), she consistently helps her clients achieve energy efficiency percentages well above Title 24 and significantly reduces their utility costs.

A graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Jennifer passionately shares her knowledge and expertise through presentations, workshops, and award-winning articles.
